First off, one of the best coffee roasters/suppliers in my experience has been
Hunter Bay. I've been using them for years. Although it's

not been exclusively. I venture out looking for different kinds of coffee, but I always find myself coming back to
Hunter Bay. These guys know coffee! The packaging is perfect; the shipping is prompt; and the customer service communication
is unmatched. You'd think I'm being paid to brag on them, but when I encounter such an outstanding vendor I feel as
compelled to spread the word just as much as I feel the need to warn others of those who fall short.
A self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I don't like flavored coffee. I prefer darker roast but not scorched as is
the case for some better known coffee distributors. I go through about 2 pounds of coffee per month.
For quite some time my favorite roast/blend has been Hunter Bay's
Moose Drool Organic blend. Yes
it's inspired by
Big Sky Brewing Co.'s

beer of the same name. No, the coffee doesn't taste like beer. But it probably is just as robust and distinct.
Recently, I decided to venture out and try something different. Hunter Bay keeps touting their new blend, Smoke
Jumper. Advertised as a "cigar coffee blend", it sounded intriguing. I must say, Smoke Jumper rivals
Moose Drool and may very well usurp the later as my favorite coffee.
So if you're into coffee and appreciate dark or robust blends, give one of these a try.
